Depaho Ltd, operating under the brand name TradeApp, is authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) to offer investment services and activities under Cyprus Law 87(I)/2017 regarding the provision of investment services, the exercise of investment activities and the operation of regulated markets; and under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive of the European Commission (MiFID II).

The Company’s CIF licence number is 161/11.

The Company is also authorised by the Financial Services Conduct Authority (www.fsca.co.za) in South Africa under licence number 47709.

The Company is registered in Cyprus under the Companies Law, with registration number HE 292004.

Investment Services

Under its CySEC License the Company may offer the following Investment Services:

(a) Reception and transmission of orders in relation to one or more of the Financial Instruments. (b) Execution of orders on behalf of Clients.

Ancillary Services

Under its CySEC License the Company may offer the following Ancillary Services:

(a) Safekeeping and administration of Financial Instruments for the account of Clients, including custodianship and related services such as cash/collateral management. (b) Granting credits or loans to an investor to allow him to carry out a transaction in one or more Financial Instruments where the Company is involved in the transaction. (c) Foreign exchange services where these services are connected to the provision of investment services. (d) Investment research and financial analysis or other forms of general recommendation relating to transactions in financial instruments.
